[Resolved] Askmebazaar — 1. Faulty Power Bank 2. Not as per ordered specifications - Order No AB3624784 | |||
I had ordered 1 power bank of 10000mAh of Sony Brand-black colour, vide order no. AB3624784, on 18.06.2015. The delivery was made to me on 23.06.2015 . When I opened the packet, the brand was SAMSUNG (white colour) and not SONY. Further, the battery capacity was also 9000mAh and not 10000mAh. However, I compromised on this change in capacity and change in the brand sent by you, but when I used it, there was no charge in it. After charging the same, the power bank was used by me on my cell phone. The power bank got off within 5-7 minutes after gradually losing its charge, and it did not charge my cell phone. I again charged the power bank the next day, but same thing happened. As such, I want refund of my money or send a fresh piece, duly checked, with proper specifications as ordered.
