Askmebazaar — AskMeBazaar - Refund for order id AB2228758

I placed an order with Askmebazaar.com order id AB2228758 on last month and received a damaged product. I requested for a return and refund for the same on 28-April, 2015 and although they confirmed that they have received the product, they are not refunding my amount. It has been almost a month but they are not providing me actual status of refund and only saying its in progress. I would request to you, please take some action.
