[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — AskMeBazaar Sent Fake Mi Power Bank

I had ordered Mi 10, 4000 mAH power bank from Ask me Bazaar as it was not available in Flipkart. I received this product today and I realized the product is not at all genuine and is a fake product. The color of the product is entirely different and even the packaging is worst (looks like a cassette box) which was broken. Then I tried matching all the contents of the original Mi Powerbank with this fake one that there were lot of dissimiliarities. When I contact the Askmebazaar customer care, they told me there is some problem in their system and it is difficult to track the order. I want to escalate this and I need amount to be refunded.
