Sir/Madam I ordered a Sony Power Bank(10400mha) & a MI Power Bank(5200mha) on AskmeBazar last month. but both products were faulty. I complained to Customer Care for this Product and they told me that the product will return and i get cash back in my account. one power bank(Sony) is return on 22nd April, 15. The other power bank (MI) is return on 21st May, 15.I complained many times and they always say that your Problem will solve in 48Hrs, but no action till now. myself ashutosh I ordered a iPod of rs 300 which I got as a damaged so revert that damaged product but 2day 1 month has been crossed but still I have not got money back I called up in customer care and launched a complain against this but till now I won't get any of the feedback from your side I want my money back and I never purchase any of the product from you and also educate the people so they does not get problems which I faced from your end and your customer care executive also are dump they don't know the way of talking with the customers such a poor services you have and you are bad, rubbish services whatever I need my money back otherwise I bound to take legal action against you...
