[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — Cheating by askmebazaar.

I have placed an order for a Headphone under Order No.AB3522844 by making advance payment thru Net Banking on 12th June 2015 and when I complained about of non-receipt of the item on 24th June 2014, it was replied that the item is on the way. Finally, when the item arrived today (i.e, on 26th June 2015), it was with a demand to make payment again, which amounts to Double payment for an item for which I had already made the payment thru Net Banking at the time of placing the Order. When contacted in the No. [protected] provided in the text msg received by me, I was bluntly told that if I want the item, I have to make payment and if I do not want the item, I can reject it. This is nothing but cheating by AskmeBazaar. I want my money back into my Account immediately. Moreover, this is a lesson for me NOT to buy any item from askmebazaar. I will give maximum publicity to all prospective buyers NOT to buy any item from askmebazaar. My Mob. No. is[protected] email id: [protected]@yahoo.co.in

Today, I received a call from askmebazaar asking me to share my Debit Card details. I convinced him that my Debit Card details cannot be shared with any one for security reasons. I made the payment thru Net Banking and I need my money back to the same account from which the money was paid to you.

Already, you have befooled me by asking for payment again for the item for which I had already made the payment thru Net Banking at the time of placing the Order. Now, I have neither received my money back nor did I receive the product.

If I am not getting my money back into my account within 48 hours, I will not hesitate initiate criminal proceedings against you for cheating me and I will be free to publish this in all the media to caution other prospective buyers from you.

Do not think that you can continue to cheat customers like this. I will do everything to see that you people are given ample punishment for cheating the customer like this. I am also lodging a criminal complaint against you in the cyber cell for cheating and attempting to cheat further by asking for my Debit Card Details thru phone.
I also have come across many such instances of complaints by other buyers also from your site. I will show you what kind of action can be taken against you. The action which I am going to initiate would prove to be a lesson for all such cheating companies like you.
