[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Damaged Product and No Response On Mail | |
Hello sir/madam,
This is the third product I've bought from askmebazaar.com.
The first one was the SAMSUNG 2600 mah power bank and
the second one was BLACK AVIATOR.
This time I bought a ladies wrist watch and when I got it, it was damaged.
Its band was broken.
My order no. is: AB1107089
Another no written on invoice is:[protected]
I want it to be replaced at earliest. I have also attached photographs of the damaged products.
Waiting for my product replacement/refund.

In regards of above complaint, I got instant call from a person being a customer care executive and introduced himself as Harvindsingh ([protected]). Not only he asked my Debit Card number but also insisting me to furnish him the secret code of mine which I use while making transaction. He seemed totally a fraud as after continuous denial, he disconnect the call and didn't answer what to do further. When I called him back, he insisted for that security code and after my denial, he disconnected again.
I'm totally disappointed with the customer service provided by askmebazaar.com and the person who are communicating in regards to complaint and support.
Waiting to get my product's refund or replacement at earliest.
I'm also attaching the proofs of my damaged product.

Yeah I also thought so that's why I denied him.

somebody might have gone through your complaint and got your number here and got an idea to trap you.
