I have purchased samsung power bank from askmebazaar, but it is found defective in non working condition. I have sent many email to askmebazaar but they cant reply to me. Now I have to file a complaint against askmebazaar in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||

2. Received the product on[protected] along with Invoice and paid in cash
3. The product received was looking dirty and used. It was faulty & defective and not working also.
4. Complain submitted immediately on[protected] with request for replacement.
5. Ackowledgement for complain received immediately.
6. Reminder for Complain submitted on[protected] due to non receipt of any response.
7.Received a phone call on[protected] for reverse pickup of the product. We requested to send a communication thru mail for reverse pickup and seeking details for refund of money. Askmebazar representative refused to send any communication in this regard.
8. The faullty product is still lying with us. Please do the needfull.
