[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Deliver & Cancellation. | |||
Its been 23 days for my order AB1338844, I had made the payment upfront for faster delivery, I had called your customer care (which doesn't care). Copied below are the complain #'s with CC. During my 1st call I was told that product is with delivery guy who was unable to deliver, but from 2nd call onwards for which i have kept the complaint #'s mentioned below they confirmed there is no such provision with them. On asking for cancellation, I am asked to return the product back once the delivery guy comes up 23 days to deliver the product. They have not provided any tracking details, they are not cancelling the order as I no longer need it. It was told to me that there is no way I can talk to any supervisor or manager for my complaint as they do not entertain the calls !!! What are they managing then???? I regret paying in advance for the product in hopes of faster delivery but it is the other way.
