[Resolved] Askmebazaar — deliver the wrong product

r/s my name is VIKAS GUPTA.Sir, i order a t-shirt (ORDER NO AB2300080) on 17april 2015 from ask me bazzar.com.i received product on 28april 2015 but they deliver me a wrong product that i was not ordered.i register a complaint in ask me bazzar helpline number.they give me a complaint number (QRC422503) and told that we refund your payment and our one of the man will get a product from you...but they don't take any action and not refund my money.I pay 250 rupees online at the time of ordering the product.SIR i request you to please help me to refund my money back.i will be very thankful to you. my no is [protected]

today is 7th may but your employees cannot contact me and not take any action to resolve my comlaint...One thing you do that you should deliver me the right product and take your wrong product.the price of the products are same
