Askmebazaar — Extreme Delay of Refund For Damaged Returned Product | |||
I has ordered an electronic product from AskMeBazaar on 18th of March, 2015 which was damaged and so I called back and returned the product on 20th of March i.e. within 48 hours of receiving the product. I have called them more than 46 times and I m yet to receive my money till date i.e 25th of May, 2015. They don't provide me with a valid reason and they keep postponing the payment everytime I call them and put the blame on the back end team and their finance department. Also, they don't tell me the reason for the delay also. They claim to have initiated the NEFT transaction for my bank ICICI on 4th of May after numerous times of calling them and literally begging for my money. Each time one person picks up and gives an apology and even after escalating the issue so many times from my side, till now no action is taken and I haven't received my money of Rs.599 till date.
