Askmebazaar — fake mi 5200mah | |||
Dear Team, I had ordered a Mi Power Bank 10400 mAh of Rs 749/-.We had ordered the same from your website on 4 February 2015, which was delivered to us on 14/02/2015. Opening package in front of deliver boy i found 5200mAh power bank and that too fake one, it was found that it was not working. Which we had duly conveyed to Customer Care Executive. The same customer care told us that it would be collected by the courier company in a week time COMPLAIN NUM QRC112833.Which is not yet collected from us.We would like the cask back to us. We dont require the Mi Power Bank now. We have received the following complaint from Mr. Rakesh with regard to his order for 10400 mAh power bank. However, it appears he has received a wrong inferior and fake device. He has already lodged a complaint with Askmebazaar and has also written to them but no steps have been taken to resolve the same. We trust you will look into the matter and resolve the same soonest.
