Askmebazaar — I dint get my money back.

Hi, I have ordered a skull candy headset on 9th may, 2015.The order got cancelled and in spite of that I dint get my money back. Order id-'AB796860' . I have been calling the customer service for last 5months and 5months is a pretty long time.even after such long waiting still the issue is not resolved.I am not asking for benefits or extra amount, I'M only fighting for my amount to be refunded.Whenever i call the customer service executives they only waste time to take the details and check information putting the calls on hold.even after that they only end up saying that the server is down or they couldn't fetch the details .They keep telling that they would arrange call with their back-end team but back-end team never responds and the call never comes.Finally after waiting again I call them back and the story repeats again. Raised many complaints below are 2 complaints ref ID’s remembered. 1 Complaint Ref ID:[protected]. 2 Complaint Ref ID: QRC132634. Just hate the way the company is responding.If they cannot handle customers and are not fit for handling crowd then Why to put bloody offers and attract people..This is the worst site I have ever come across. how pity on people to believe in such sites. I just need a solution to my problem.In fact it is not a very big problem because they just need to revert my money back as they have failed to deliver the item i asked.But even this is not being done.very irritated and frustrated .A 3rd class site. I have received a call after raising the complaint from some person.And asked for my bank details and debit card number and cvv.

On top of this he also asked me for my OTP that the bank generates.Which bank asks for receivers CVV and OTP.
What an insane.People are just playing with customer trust and innocence.Proof I record the conversation..

I definitely post this in cyber crime..
