Your attention is invited to my order AB2216109, confirmation of which was received as below from you on April 12, 2015 As you would observe my order is for “Hair Brush Massage System” instead of which you have delivered an electric immersion rod !!! I consider this a Fraud committed by you and I wish to take this up in right earnest with the law enforcing agencies. You cannot accept payment for one item and deliver any item as per your whims and wishes. This is a criminal act by you, for which you are liable for all consequences. I have made several complaints of this FRAUD with your customer care on phone [protected] and as expected of a company like yours, no suitable response has been received Mr. Sobti of Kaks Electronics was also of no help... Please take note that if the wrongly supplied item is not replaced with the one I ordered (Hair Brush Massage System ) I propose taking immediate and appropriate action as available to me under the Law.
