Askmebazaar — no money refund

dear sir, my five produtct return to ask me bazaar and my total mony refund is 1720/- inr but i am contact one month ago but no response customer care said under prosesing but customer care also said your refund is 10 to 12 working days in product refund date my refund date is 06/05/2015 and customer care said[protected] your mony is refund your account i am give my accounts detail but no response onle iritate and bad language use so i am very insulting feel so plz help me plz refund my money aur mai ask me bazaar ke customer care per maanhani ka bhi dava karta hu
