[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Non Refund of Funds | |||
I had purchased a Mi Power bank worth 400/- and had refunded the product due to various issues and after that I have not received my refund of fund for the same...and have logged complaints 3 times and the complaint numbers are as (1) QRC[protected] QRC[protected] QRC 368321 and after logging these complaints the only answer given by the employees is you will get refund within 7 days and it's been a month and above for which I am logging complaint and the worst thing is that when I call to know the refund status the employee log a new complaint every time and ask to wait...IS THIS THE SERVICE PROVIDED AND IN HOW MUCH TIME WILL I GET MY REFUND BACK OR YOU GUYS WILL LOG A COMPLAINT AGAIN...PLEASE DO REFUND MY MONEY BACK OR ELSE WILL HAVE TO ESCALATE THE MATTER... The worst Service provider ever.please guys do not order anything and if doing please see to it that the product is good or else you would face issue regarding the refund of money as I am facing and you will have to log a new complaint automatically when you check for the the status of refund...So guys be careful
