[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Non Refund of Returned Product | |||
I bought a MI Xiaomi-10400 MAH Power Bank from AskMeBazaar vide Order No. AB869303. The product that was delivered was not working. I have lodged complaint with AskmeBazaar vide Complaint No. QRC 82050 and they have reverse picked up the Product vide Reverse Pickup Receipt No.[protected] of Delhivery Courier. The same were reached to them on 10th March 2015 and Return was Accepted. I have provided my Bank Details several time to them, every time they say that I will receive my Refund within 7 working days but no Refund till date. I have spoken to their Customer Care several times but a standard reply and promise are given but no money is credited to my Bank Account. They have registered my second complaint for Refund vide complaint No QRC220161 but no refund. In nutshell now what they have done is that they have picked up the product and they also have my money! There has been no Refund or progress from Askmebazaar.com. Only one Phone call from them intimating that Refund is in process. I fail to understand How many days it takes to process Refund in this edge of electronics. It can be processed in no time if they are willing to grant refund. What they seems to be doing is trying to buy more and more time so that consumer does not go for alternate readies or social media forum.
I do not need mere promises and good words but refund of my money I have paid to Askmebazaar. Their customer care executive keeps on calling me and wasting my time but no refund is provided to my bank account till moment. Askmebazaar has no system for tracking customer complaint and all the customer care executive are blank about what is the status of the complaint or what other customer care executive has spoken. They keep on changing and having no back-end system to support them they speaks only stereo type sentences they have been taught in their training.Really hopeless.
