[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Not received the ordered product | |||
I placed an order of MI OEM power bank on askmebazaar.com on date of 02/05/2015 & they committed to deliver the product by maximum 10 days from date of order place. But I have not the product till 12/05/2015 so I registered a complain about non receiving my ordered to askmebazaar by calling customer care no. A complain no. is given to me & they told me to call me back within 48 hours to solve my problem. But still there is neither any call back nor any action taken on my complain. After that I called them several times but still not responding & I have not received my ordered yet. As I have made the payment in advance (prepaid) for the order they are also refusing to cancel my order & refund my money. So please help me. What should I do now?
