I booked a order for "rico sordi men watches combo" it's order id is: AB646627 On 12 Dec 2014 Date on ask me bazaar. that order Not delivered to me till now . i complained many till on [protected] customer support number. but every time they register only complain & tell to wait for back end team call. and back end team tell "order on the way" sure deliver in 3-4 working day's " every time when i received called from back end team. but order not delivered till now . i have spent more than that of the ordered product on calling them and most valuable thing is that i lost Peace of mind with this seller, im emotionally disturbed . im planning to proceed legally... Sir, I placed an order for Philips Hair Dryer on Askmebazaar on the 20th Jan 15 with an Order no :AB871801. After I call them many times and Feb 10, 2015 i received a call from one of them a lady told me that the product will be delivered max 6-8 days after 8 days i call them again and an employee told me that they made an email to their senior. Their response is not an satisfactory level. Complaint no:QRC83092. The product not delivered after whole 1 month, I am decided to proceed legally in this issue... Please help me sir what i do?

This is in reference to my order on your online store. i had ordered a portable charger key chain, order number AB1371514. The delivery time was 4-5 business days and now it has been over 10 days and i have not yet recived my order. Could you please look into it and let me know when will i receive my order.

I had placed an order for Sony 10000mah Power bank and so did my friends, on the same day.
They have received their order. However, I have not. I have been calling up ASK ME BAZAAR but every time they are sharing the same status. They had assured me that a complain has been registered from their end and the concerned team would get back to me by 26th May.
No one has called me up. No sms sent to me about the current status. And when I was expressing my grievances, Pallavi from the customer care was rude to me.
Can you please let me know why the delay? Have I done a mistake by placing a order that I am being harassed?
If ASK ME BAZAAR cannot do business then why continue selling products? Is 3 weeks not an enough time for them to get a product delivered? A normal letter sent via post office would reach a remote village faster than this.

1) In April-2015 My first Order # : DGA2546096, for sony 10000mah power bank which i received a message stating the order has been cancelled after a 10 day delay.
2) In 24th May-2015 i placed another order DGA3188993 for same sony 10000mah power bank, on the same day i received a message stating your order is processed. after that till date i didn't receive any confirmation from you about my order.
i dealed with on line shopping sights like flipcart, snapdeal, olx. whatever orders i have given through these sites i received proper messages and confirmations in time and also the delivery.
thus now i decided not to purchase anything from your online shopping site and i will inform all my friends and relatives not to purchase anything from askmebazaar.
