We have order Power Bank 10400 MAH @ 699 wide order no- AB1315654 dated 02.03.15. The same has been received on 09.3.2015. The address of delivery was my site office and I was sick . So 11.03.215 we opened it and used it. But Power Bank is not charging my mobile and power bank discharge.

Pl help me to replace the item with new one.

I was order to power bank, I have received power bank on dated 5May but power bank's USB was damage condition' & USB not output to continue, I want to exchange my power bank and return my money Urjent.
