hi, first i received a defective power bank. i called customer service for replacement, they denied for it and advised me for refund.when i agreed on that they want me to share my debit card details. i agreed to that as well, but now they are saying we can process refund only in govt. banks.. i have accounts in private banks. i told them send me a check for that also they denied. right now i am here with a defective product with no money in it. please look into this.
