[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Product not delivered after 2 weeks | |||
My name is jinitjinit BRAHMBHATT and I m from Hyderabad. I placed order for Sony headset for Rs 449 bby seeing dealdeal on 24 April wuwith order JD ab2534068. So far I raised complaint with third class customer Carr on email, phone and Twitter but all are third class people who says tthey will forward it to concern department. All are saying wait for 6 to 8 days, now some say bit got dispatch but they don't have dispatch details. I asked them to either refund or deliver product but they say can't refund as its already sent. I ask dispatch status for which they says concern department will contact to give it. They all are sitting on customer money and don't deliver product. they are recovering expense of taking Rabbit as brand ambassador bby cheating ccuscustcustomcustomer. .
