[Resolved]  Askmebazaar — Prouct not delivered after 10 days

I am Genevieve from Bangalore. I had placed order on 18th June 2015 - order no. AB3636530 for a Royal Canine Golden Retriever Jr - 3 Kg pack and done the payment online. I was told that it would be delivered in 10 days. Even after 10 days I have not received the product and when I called [protected] (askme bazaar), they say the product is not yet despatched . So I requested for a cancellation for which they say that they cannot cancel the product. I request the consumer court to help me to get it cancelled and refund my amount of Rs. 1563.7/-.
