[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Received a defect product, request for replacement or refund | |||
I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Charger on 16 August 2015. I received the item on (23 August 2015) and the received product has defects. The charger which I received today looks like a used one and the back side of the charger was opened/broken when I received it. According to their policies I am supposed to contact the customer service before 48 hours of receiving the product. I called them up before one hour after the receiving of the product. They say that they don't pack defect products and since the packing was intact they cant do anything on it.
