Order no AB931590 Complain: Received wrong Product Instead of 9000mAh Samsung Power bank, received 2600mAh Power bank, I have raised the complaint (Complaint no QRC77513) on 30th Jan 2015 and it’s been 13 days now Neither the product has been taken back neither I have received my ordered product, Three times I had called the customer care and I came to know the complain ticket was closed without resolution, I had escalated to the supervisor and he asked me to wait for 3-4 days, I waited but no response...

Hi I am Chirag Patel. I purchased SONY company power bank but i received a XIAOMI Mi power bank.I try to call his 24-hour call service since last two days but i didnot contact him.

Once i contact him they give me [protected]@askmebazar.com email address for complain register. I tried to register my complain on this mail address but every time my mail is bounced.I get always unsatisfied answer.

Still now i have MI Power bank and it is not useful for me.

This my worst on line shooing experience.

I give 0 star out of 5 star for his services
