[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Sent duplicate product...want replacement with original one | |||
its regarding ORDER#AB3582521...ordered one samsung 9000Mah powerbank...after 12 days received courier..after opening, we can easily makeout that the box seal was open...another joke was samsung powerbank box has MI data cable...powerbank doesnt charge mobile for even 5 mins...no vat paid bill supplied (its a clear offense in india)...no signed warranty card...n by the make of product, we can easily make out that the product is duplicate...duplicate do works but this is a cheap fraud product which people sell on roadside...askmebazaar is nothing but suitbootwale roadside seller...i have requested for replacement of product with original product as mentioned on website...but customer care not giving proper response...they are telling u wont get a replacement only refund is possible...why should i take refund when i already paid for a original stuff...its ur problem, provide me with original product with original bill n warranty card...also have gone through your refund complaints, people are not receiving refunds for 3 to 6 months...have already complaint QRC32383252...but i think its of no use...either give me original product, else i m taking this case to consumer court, also with vat department and also with samsung company... sir, askmebazaar.com customer care called me today and told me to hand over the product back...and they will refund the amount...when i denied for refund, and ask them to send original product, they told me they dont have replacement policy...then i asked them to provide me with warranty card..they are telling they wont give warranty card too...finally i told them to send me invoice for that sent product...they told me they cant send bill...i dont understand how can such a big company deny bill to customer for what they have charged him...its an offense...please give me bill for the product or else the original product which you promised otherwise you people will force me to take this case in consumer court...u cant deny customers right...vat paid invoice is customers right...
