[Resolved] Askmebazaar — Severe Lapse on the part of the company.No product received even after 20 days of ordering. | |||
I ordered a Reebok Watch Combo worth Rs 399 from AskMeBazaar.The product was ordered on 20th May 2015.It has been 20 days and still i haven't received my product. I called the customer care many times but in vain. I also registered my complaint with them on 02nd June 2015.The company promised to address the complaint within 1 week but even that was not done. The customer care representatives were of no help. They simply tried to pacify me. I want my product and also the company to give me compensation as there has been a lot of delay on their part and they didn't even bother to tend to my complaint. Hope to get a solution soon.
