Askmebazaar — Third class service I have ever taken | |||
I have order one product (Princeware storage box 32 pieces) from Ask me Bazaar on 17th Jan. 2015 and that product was defected so I called in customer care for returned & refund for the product and they have provided me the coupon code of Rs.400 against that defected product. But when I was trying to use that coupon code, that is invalid. So I again called in customer care on 10th Feb. 2015 related to that issue and they have provided me the complaint number QRC97421 and according to them this complaint should be resolved max by 13th Feb 2015 but no resolution I have received till date. Not even call back received. Now I am calling daily in customer care and everybody is saying that you will receive a call at end of day. Recently talked with Mr. Manoj (Team Leader), Vibhor on 19th Feb. 2015 but still no response. Kindly do the needful and get money or voucher refunded to me.
