[Resolved] Askmebazaar — THREE PRODUCR CANCEL BUT STILL THE PAYMENT NOT PROCESS | |||
I had been ordered online 3 items in Ask Me Bazar after. Out of these 3 1 product I pay online other 2 is cash on delivery. My three order no is- AB1472297 AB1471676 AB1470596 After my many follow up I received the order no AB1472297 in DAMAGED CONDITION, I complaint immediately to the customer care yje assure me that product will be pick up on next day and refund will be process in next 7 days, but till date no communication from Ask Me Bazar. I again complain about this matter but till date no solution made. another Two order canceled by the Ask Me Bazar without any information to me. Out of this two order one is prepaid.When I call to the customare care they informed me that I have to give complain for the refund, so I give complain (No- QRC221463) BUT TILL DATE no refund have been process by them. This is totally disgusting company. I called again and again but the same result that you will get your two refund but i still wait for that. Was this information helpful? | |||
