Myself Ranjith from chennai. I purchased a headset in this website this is the first time I'm purchaing in this website after 10 days of order i got the product that too damaged one. I stopped the person who delivered to me and informed that it's a damaged one he told to contact the customer care.they took a complaint and got all my information and the bank account number and (QRC[protected] Told that amount will be refunded writhing 3-5 working days. Today I contacted the customer service by mentioning that the amount is not yet refunded he is telling that it will take 12 working days from today. His name is Arun. Stupid fellow I don't know who kept him in customer service don't even know how to convey the message properly. I asked him to transfer the call to the supervisor he placed the call on holds for 3 mins and again telling that no seniors available. What the POd are doing there worst behavior. someone have to take care of this. Was this information helpful? | |||
