Askmebazaar — Wrong and duplicate product and refund issue

I order first week of January xiaomi power bank 5200mah and done online payment has order no. IA848958 and complain no.[protected] was canceled by askmebazaar and still not get refund and second order for same product order no. AB913104 and complain no. QRC114868 got wrong and duplicate product also get poor feedback from customer care getting fed up with this guys need help
