I had ordered for a Sony Make Power Bank of 10000 mAH (Model- CP-F10L) through cash-on-delivery mode on 21st May-15. It was delivered to me on 25th May & I was not allowed to open it until I made the payment. Initially I checked & found the charging & discharging was happening. But after 2 days I realized that the product was a fake one in design, dimension & as well as in quality. when I called the customer care I was told that replacement/ refund will not be possible as 48 hours had already passed.
