[Resolved]  AskMeBazaar.com — fraud committed

sir/madam, i had placed an order for a M sized T Shirt (after seeing an attractive picture on their web site) on 15.03.2015 and paid by canara bank debit card on same day and the order was confirmed with ID AB1578952. This was through sms on my cell no [protected]. My bank sent an sms saying INR155/- has been taken from my account. i did not receive any email or sms from above mentioned company that they had received the cash amount of INR155/- which included shipping charges. On 18.03.2015 i mailed them asking to send me a confirmation that they had taken the money. They replied stating matter noted and that they would contact me soon. Since i had no reply till 20.03.2015 i called the customer care number [protected] and inquired about the transaction. i was shocked to hear that my order was cancelled by the company on 16.03.2015 after they took the money. They did not bother to inform me the order was cancelled or the status of the transaction till i called and inquired on 20.03.2015. This was told to me by their call center exec. i spoke to their manager and he said the transaction amount would be refunded after ten (10) working days starting from the day of my inquiry. i asked him to refund it within ten days of cancellation. He refused saying he cannot do so. i emailed the company again stating my grevience. Enclosing that mail for your kind perusal. (further to the above email i sent to you two days ago, you have not replied. Today when i called i was very curtly informed that the concerned product for which you have taken money in advance is not available. i recd. a sms stating my order is confirmed. Today i am told the order was cancelled on 16.03.2015 by you due to no stock. Your call Center exec also informed me that i would have to wait for ten working days to have my money refunded. Ten working days from today. if my order was cancelled on 16.03.2015 why was i not informed?. You have taken my money and you have to inform me. This is a fraud and make sure my money is refunded within 24 hours.) However they did send me an sms stating my order is confirmed on 15.03.2015. Till today 23.03.2015 askmebazaar.com has not sent me any confirmation either verbally or through email that money was taken from my account and also they have not sent any email stating order was cancelled on 16.03.2015 and worse they have not intimated me about refund by sms or email. there is no mandatory voluntary communication from them and they have only replied and given me information after i called and asked. Please advice me what i should do next to recover my money. There is a possibility that i am not the first to be cheated by this company. i want to make sure these online companies stop cheating people.
