Hi, I had booked a product name KAKS Electronics Bulbs through online payment option but production deliver to me with COD (Cash On Delivery) as I had paid two times. I had booked KAKS Electronics Bulbs on the date of 16/04/15 with online payment option through Credit Card with orders no AB2270418 through AskmeBazzar.com. Product delivered to me with Cash on delivery option, when I was asked AskmeBazar call center agent on the time of deliver by dialing no [protected] on date 18/04 time 03:45 he said he will raised complaint for refund money with complaint id- QRC 354288/ QRC[protected] Reference no[protected] and I will get my online paid money Rs220 within 05 to 07 working days because I need to pay to the delivery boy as per COD Rs195. So my concern is from then to till date I have raised several other complaints by dialing above mention helpline no but the response which I got was complaint has been closed with no refund money of Rs 220 and sometimes the bank account no is incorrect due to associates mention their own account number. I had spend in between more than Rs500 by doing several call to Helpdesk for raise complaint and Electric Bulbs are not working as these bulbs are not lighting. Now the call center agents are doing mentally harass by giving Miss calls and asking same question again and again on my register mobile number.
Please suggest when can I expect the resolution of my complaint? However I am thinking to go for a written complaint against ASKMEBAZAR.COM.
