The paid services as per the invoice received included: 1. Askme Premium Listing for 1 year 2. Askme Online Ctlg 3. Askme Voice Tenure The agreement was signed for a period of one year. I paid a lump sum amount of INR 7303 (after discount) to Mr. Deepak (Empl id: ND2458) through SBI Cheque dated 03.11.14 for the same. Mr. Deepak agreed to create a profile for our clinic and activate the listing within a week as agreed. Issues: 1. The profile is not yet created and hence no leads received at all. When I tried calling their call centre they took my contact number and asked to wait for 24 hours, but then no one called back. I asked the customer care person to transfer the call to their senior management but they refused to do so. I also sent so many emails but got no reply. I have the chain of emails which I sent as a proof. 2. I received a call from Mr. Pariksheit after few months of subscription to know the feedback about their services. I told him clearly that they have not even created my profile yet which was kind of a surprise to him too. So he took it seriously and asked us to wait for few days and assured us to make our profile. But after few days there was no reply from anyone. I don't want to deal with such a fraud company. I want my refund.
