Dear Mr. Murugavel Janakiraman - CEO of Bharat Matrimony, Bharat Matrimony The best matrimony portal for Bharat brides and groom! This is an email regarding the dissatisfaction and worst service I had which fails your punch line mentioned above & also refer to my Complaint No- 9460435. I was very excited when I took the membership for a Personal Relationship Manager. But it becomes a nightmare for me when I got Nazia as my relationship manager who does not even know the professional etiquette of customer dealing and the kind of references she was sending to me, that anyone can get those for free and I do not have time to sit and do all the search. Therefore, I took this privileged service from you and had a worst experience. Now I would like my money back on a very good note rather going publicly and complaining on media and other social websites which are always ready to have some hot news and finally with our respected consumer court and requesting for the compensation along with my fee for mental harassment given by the RM Nazia and Nidhi Burman in Kolkata. They both kept disconnecting my calls whenever I call them for support and to discuss about my partner preference so that we together can work on it and to make my life better but thanks to your employees (Nazia, Nidhi and Chandrima) they made my life worst and full of mental tension. I would also request to speak to Mr. Murugavel Janakiraman - CEO of Bharat Matrimony so kindly provide me an email and his phone number and I am also writing a letter to him in the Corporate Address and sending him through Registry which will reach directly to him and will be the legal complaint approve by Post Office- Govt. of India which will be helpful in claiming the amount with compensation in Court along with the recorded conversation which I have till date in my phone. I would request you to take my case seriously before it turns into the bad name and get famous in negative way and spoils your company's name on internet, news and on media. I am really very disappointed from the customer service. As no action or response has been shown towards my complaint no. mentioned above.
