I want to return my Asus Tuf F15 bought from the asus site itself but the customer care is not helping me. It's been just 2 days I bought it, help me asap....

I bought this laptop on 21/06/2021 ASUS NOTEBOOK (M515DA-EJ312TS).
From Day 6 on 27/06/2021 I was facing issue with the button (F2) it was working fine sometimes and sometimes it's was not responding so today I visited service center for this issue on 6/07/2021 So they gave me estimate of 3169 and told me that it's physical damage but the issue is not from my end laptop is totally new how this is possible only F2 button is pop out...

MY laptop asus is toooo much hang buy new laptop its one week ago the laptop speed is to slow i hate to buy what can i do...

Today when engg came to my house he did Test run which was successful and when he requested that he want to take system along with him to service center, he asked to take backup, we started the backup and he could not wait for 20 mins and left. My laptop doesn't provide a good battery backup .
It runs for max 2.5 hrs after it's full charge ....

My company had given me a laptop which was bought on October 2020, now its battery is completely dead. You cannot charge it without putting it on charge and now the laptop is not getting on....

I brought this laptop on 1st April 2021 and after a month around 20 may 21, it has been malfunctioning . It had wifi issue, bluetooth issue, mic issue, airplane mode, sreen rotation locker isse, camera issue . I already had availed online and offline support from asus but nothing helped .as a result, I am unsatisfied with fraud company had played on me and demand the replacement of my laptop immediately...

I purchased asus prediator...within one year ut it started giving prblm like battery low within hour, and some light patches on screen.. now motherboard has gone.. processor has gone.. worst worst product quality.....

Respected sir, In my Asus laptop there is a blue screen error. And my laptop is under Perimium warranty. In this problem, in every 3-4 minutes my laptop is restarted automatically. In that tym i lost all running data. And university test are also canceled due to this problem... On 3 june 2021 I went to service centre and told about blue screen error. They told me that they will fix the problem in 7 days. On 10june 2020 i picked up my laptop....
