Asus — broken panel

i have a asus notebook, due to the complaint to display i got a replacement of display and after the replacement i have seen some problems to the panel and the panel is broken i have reported it to the service center but they are not willing to replace it.the guy over there knows he broked it.i need a replacement of that piece .frame is titgted like its bended and it ill get broken soon .i need a quick replacement of that frame and action on that guy.you are appointing guiys with no sufficent training i paid for the item you guys must be reponsible handling a customers items .
