Asus India — Asus Laptop no follow up on repair

Hi

My name is shashank verma and my asus laptop is submitted in your services center from past 25 days for repair. I have concern that there is no follow up call nothing from your center reagarding my laptop. I dont know whether its alive or dead could you please take the follow up and let me know that what is happened with my laptop its been 25 days that not a joke. I have so many work that needs to be done ugently with my laptop. I visited to your center they always keep saying " part ni mil rha hai laptop ka hum apko call kar denge" seriously i didnt got any call from you. I dont know what the heck is going on i need my laptop back as soon as possible. Please contact me on this phone no. [protected]. I am very upset from asus service. It was a biggest mistake to buy that bloody asus laptop. If i will get any follow up call then i need my money back or i will go to consumer court.
