I bought this so called "premium phone" called ROG PHONE 5 on April-may 2021, it was working fine until i got an software update from asus official then all of a sudden the phone is dead and when i took the phone to f1 service centre, they told that the motherboard has been corrupted and took almost a month to repair by saying that the new motherboard should come from taiwan, and then in november 2021 starting i got another update from asus...

After just over a year o[censored]se of my Asus Zenbook 13 UX333FA, the laptop motherboard has a problem and the service center is saying the cost of repairs is Rs. 40, 000 which is completely unreasonable. Such a new product shouldn't have such big issues and I demand a refund or at least a heavily discounted price on the motherboard....

One day ago my laptop was running good but night Two drop of water Going to power button. That time I off my laptop..
Because I know about electronics device repair.. If I runnig my laptop than it damage power section..for what taking decission and going to service center..they taking my laptop and tell me we will inform you, you can go now, after that, that Night they mail me they want to change My laptop mother bord...🙁 Cost 33000...

Asus technicians have ordered at least 4 motherboards so far for my 2021 notebook, which stopped powering on after less than 2 months.
The issue is not fixed and now it is more than 70 days.
Either refund my money or replace the laptop. This will save your time and money as well. Otherwise, your technicians will keep on ordering new motherboards....

I purchased ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 from flipkart on 11 OCT, 2021.
In just 2 days o[censored]se i noticed Screen light bleeding in leptop.I searched about it on internet, Asus forum many people said its normal minor screen light bleeding. But in time of a month it incresed very much.

Currently In a one and half month i am facing many issues in this leptop.

Battery Usage time claimed by company is 10 hours.
but now battery last for only 1 hour.
customer care number is not reachable.

Hi. I bought this laptop in August 2021 and since then it has been making me face so many issues. I have tried contacting ASUS but usually got 0 response. 1. Dear Sir, My laptop has not been working since the 21st of November. I have filed a complaint and wrote several emails.
On the 22nd of November they generated RMA Number : RMA ID : INSIMB0048After calling the service centre they said your case has been transferred to another service provider.

I am a PhD student, my PhD review is scheduled this week. I did not get my Laptop repaired on time. I have to wait for the next six months.
This laptop is under warranty. At the time of purchase you have promised onsite support within one day.

But when asked at customer support they replied wait for 4to5 days. If it's urgent, go to the service center.
Now I shall study...

I ordered a laptop through amazon and it was delivered to me last year on 17th Oct 2020. The product was in good condition.

Dear Sir/Mam, I have purchased an ASUS gaming laptop from Amazon on 28/12/2020. Which is still under warranty but ASUS people say it is showing out of warranty. My question is how ASUS allows Amazon to sell old laptops with expired warranty. Now Laptop is not working. ASUS is not providing promised support. This is clearly fraud with innocent customer. Amazon saled faulty laptop to me. This is really a headache for me and mental disappointment....
