Asus India — Mobile phone cannot given with solution by service center

this is to inform you that I've given my ASUS cellphone for repairing in service centre 1 week back.
When I went to collect my cell they said that spare part is not availble right now and we'll return your cell in August.

My cell have been taken by them and they are sying to return by August.

Kindly help me to get my cell.
