Asus — Laptop problem....

Hello, I have bought Asus laptop and fresh installed Windows 8.. Now, when I open any light weight apps, disk usage reach up to 100% and hangs. I could see SVCHOST process [System process] is causing this issue. I'm a tech too and working in this industry for 3 years, I checked all of the stuff and tried many things to fix this but no luck yet. Please ask ASUS to check this, my laptop is under warranty and they are not giving solution. Thank you.

Restarting

I Bought a new Asus Zenfone 5 last Oct 30th from Flipkart, it restarts frequently.please give the solution for that problem
