Asus — long repair time for just basic problem.

I am fan of asus zenfone, but recently my phone had ringer problem. I 200 km travel i reached my nearest Asus care ( F1 Info solutions Services Pvt Ltd, Hubli). After basic process they said me to collect my handset after 15 day. i Was shocked. for just basic ringer replacement 15 day !!!. horrible. I have to travel again to care for one more day sending nearly Rs. 400 again and one day leave from office again.
