Asus — Not checking phone inspite of it is in warrenty | |||
I have asus zenphone 4 and it is in warranty. In this having issue of network lost completely (SIM). It is happening randomly. Also gorila glass is damage not screen and phone is in working condition. When i went to service center they are saying that i have to change screen first then and then only they are going to check network issue. It means i have to spend Rs.3700 firts to resolve my network issue. Such kind of after sales service is not suitable to such good and growing company like Asus. If company wants to achieve its goal then you have to provide better after sales service. I have faced worst after sales service . Please contact me on phone and i am going to consumer court for this. This is seems like cheating without checking phone you are asking to replace screen. Thank you.
