Asus — Warranty Laptop not Repair / Replace

Pranam. Dear, Sir I have bought new laptop from company of Asus. now laptop's motherboard fail in only 7 month. we complaint in asus online toll free no. my laptop collect asus service for repair. but not repair yet. today complete 1 month and 15 days.but no any message for repair / replace. i visited service centre in Nehru Place but we have not satisfied answer.
