To, The concerned department of Atomtech (ATOM) Dear Mr/Miss, With reference to the above subject, we have been con by a thief by getting our debit card details on 10/08/2015, he has done 1 purchase through atomtech (ATOM) from my debit card number [protected] ICICI Bank, card holder name RAHMAN KHAN at 8:19 PM for 5000 rs, I kindly request you to cancel this transaction and refund my money as early as possible. We have also placed a police FIR against it, they are in search of the thief. Kindly cancel all the transactions and refund my money. On 30 july i paid the school fees of amount 16800/- the transaction transferred successfully but the other hand school didn't received amount. They tried to connect you and they said that the transaction is failed and you will return it to me.
And still i am not receiving. Its 23 August.
Please solve my problem.
