Indranil Bakshi — Have not received any loan paper nor the MLS

I have taken a loan of Rs 700000(seven lacs) from M & M for my Innova, but sorry to say that i have taken delivery of the said car on Th of Aug,but my EMI date calcutted on 20th,i dont know how??More over no loan paper or document has been handed over to me till date.
Rs 3850 collected from me as MLS(Mahindra Loan Suraksha),but no paper or money receipts handed over to me till date i.e.31/10/2012.

M & M is a reputed co as far i know ,that kind of thing is not expected from them.
