Autocop — Pathetic Experience with Autocop Tracpro Device | |||
Dear All, I purchased one autocop tracpro device in the month of April 2015 in order to track my car and driver within Delhi NCR. But it is highly shameful on company's part that my device has been replaced several times due to non functioning of the same and still I am facing problem in tracking my car through your pathetic device. Last week I requested Mr. Salim to get my device Sim card replace from Airtel. I really want to appreciate his effort in getting it replaced and installing the same in my device yesterday. But it is to bring to your notice that my device was working fine till yesterday but had failed to respond again today morning. I am fed up of this device and following up for the same from past 6 months. Company is not refunding my money back and they are unable to solve my issue.
