Avadi Municipality — Rain water drains

I am a resident of Poomoozhil Nagar. Recently, rain water drains have been dug in our area. People from apartments and some independent houses have connected their drainage pipe to it. This is causing bad smell, mosquitos, and health risks. When all over India, govt is driving initiative of Swatch Bharath, our municipality is contibuting to dirtying the locality.
