I have done a recharge of rs 150 to activate Ditto TV on my mobile no [protected]. The sum has been deducted from my SBI account [protected] on 2nd November 2015. But the recharge was not done and I am not refunded with the amount till now. My transaction Ref No in SBI is IG0AYAXBF1.So I am requesting the concerned authority to either complete the recharge or refund the money deducted from my SBI account.
