Sir, I was trying to recharge my mobile no [protected] for Rs.220/- on 09.11.2015 through Free charge App and the process was successfully completed and my account was debited for Rs. 220/-. When I tried to check the balance in the mobile, it did not reflect the recharged amount. The reference no is CCACK1PUQ2581GOAYYUVB5. I could not find the above transaction in Freecharge App for the given no also. Kindly do the needful to refund the amount of Rs.220/- as early as possible. Awaiting your early response in this regard.. I have sent a mail to [protected]@ccavenue.com about this but I did not get any reply sofar.
